To-press Ltd has accounts for four departments:


DESIGN

- Study and development of the equipment needed for the manufacturing of the article; modeling and design carried out with CAD 3D systems.

- Tool path development through CAM TEBIS systems supported by virtual simulator.

- The planning is implemented by means of a filling simulation (see film clip).

These stages are carried out in cooperation with our partner “Pialorsi Stampi” which is itself certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.











MECHANICS OF MOULDS DEPARTMENT

This department is equipped with:

- state of the art tehnology-3 to 5 axis-C.N. machines

- working centres

- milling machines

- electro-discharge machining

- lathes

- grindings

- die try-out

- the machines are connected online to CAM system

























CASTING DEPARTMENT

It has a centralized melting furnace for the casting and treatment of the aluminium alloy of holding furnaces for feeding to the presses ranging from 200 to 750T supported by loaders, lubricators, robots for parts withdrawal.

























FINISH
It is carried out by trimming and shearing actions through presses ranging from 30 to 80 T., sieving, polishing, mechanical working.
